This data represents Trumpeter Swan summering areas within the Copper River Basin Area Plan. The data originates from a U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service report entitled “Alaska Trumpeter Swan Status Report 2005” which included maps of summertime observations of Trumpeter Swans. These maps were georeferenced and used to create the polygons within this layer in July 2016.
